App is not functioning – Heria Pro Review

I previously had the original ThenX app. Loved it. From what I can see of this app, from his videos, it looks pretty awesome. For some reason however my app is totally non functional. Everything looks as it should when app is initially opened, then once a workout is selected all the exercises disappear and only the timer is present at the top of the screen along with start/stop and end workout buttons. I can see how the app is supposed to function from his workout vids, so I know mine is totally glitched out. I emailed the support, got an initial “we’ll look into it” response. I’ll give it a few more days before I try getting my money back. Kind of pointless paying 11.99 or whatever it was for an app that functions like the default Apple clock stopwatch. I hope I get to update this review letting you know they fixed it ??‍♂️
