Fix Tribe Situation – Utopia: Origin Review

This a great game but the ability to create tribes needs to happen yesterday. Therefore, I am giving this game a one-star rating, for now. Once this problem has been fixed I will come back and change my rating to five stars. Sincerely love this game. Please fix the few things we are asking for.
