Update 4/24/19. Still use this app every day. Love it! If only it could pour water down my throat ... The app does its job; I just need to do mine. ***** Update 12/2017. Still going strong! Reliable. I’ve been using it for over 2 years now. ***** Update: Still good. Still reliable. Still using it! ***** It's very easy to use. It does not harass me with ads or other unnecessary distractions. I can set it to send me as many reminders as I choose. And it links with my Health app. I really appreciate this app!
