Great working app, but – MaxVault - Photo & Video Vault Review

The app works well. Very usable and functional. The problem is you have to teach yourself to use it. There is no FAQ and no videos on Utube to help. It took a couple of days and lots of trial, error and start overs for me to get it organized how I like. And trying to sync it across devices isn’t really possible. Each device has to be updated manually. I have found using iCloud works best. Also customer support is nonexistent. I sent an email more than a week ago and still no response, not even a confirmation email in return. SMH
