Bad customer service – Bio Inc. Platinum - Biomedical Plague Review

I bought 1500 coins (which I never do) because I liked the game so much. It has been 2 days and I still haven’t received them. I’ve emailed them and also sent a message on messenger and still no answer. I’ll quit playing the game based on this alone.
