Very slow alerts, maps not useful most of the time – ActiveAlert Review

This use to be an awesome alert app but there are issues of it being VERY slow and most of the time it gives two alerts to the same location either in a row or 3-5 minutes apart plus mapping is just horrible with this app. Sometimes it pin points exactly where you are going but most of the time it maps me to an area clean across the county that doesn’t even have the same road name. It shows on the counter I have an alert then open it up nothing pops up until I refresh the app. I do not store my calls. I clear them out every morning. Seems these issues have been happening ever since you guys moved your servers to a different location.
