Air Supply - Hate the band, Love this Game – Air Supply - 1bit Run Review

Pretty darn good game. The simple line work doesn't always work on iOS games, but here, it does. This definitely is a good addition to the runner-themed genre. The bit-inspired music perfectly complement the retrofitted game design. The game is fun and good for either a casual-pick-me up or hunkering down for the longer haul. My only complaint is that there a few "cheap deaths" where a number of times high-positioned power ups hovered near an edge that was off-screen only to become visible whilst I was up in the air. However, a double-jump couldn't save me because I used it up to get to the power up placed higher than what a normal jump can reach. Either way, I need to get out of the dang "Harmless" level, man. This game is driving me nuts...in an entertaininly good way, mind you...
