Not letting me log in – Google Admin Review

It’s been going on three weeks now and I still can’t log in... Google sent out and email about 2 weeks ago saying they knew they had a problem (at least with the android app) but had no mention about iOS... I also JUST switched from android to iOS (per my organization) So I thought it had something to do with me switching over, but it’s all Coincidental because shortly after we got that email from Google saying that they knew they had a problem with the Google app and app. So when the heck are you guys going to fix this?!
