LOVE this app! – Brooke Burke Body Review

I’ve been mostly working out at home now for 7 years and this is the best option out there! I’ve tried all the Beachbody programs and this app is SO much safer for your body. You can adapt it however you need to by doing more workouts or just what she has planned for you. I can’t thank you enough!
