Want to experienced the worst online buying? Thanks to Club Factory, you meet the requirement!! – Club Factory-Unbeaten Price Review

These were what happened to us. Order were placed on the last week of Nov. 2018, they said it will take 2 weeks to deliver. On the 14th or 15th of December when no one called, had sent an email to Club Factory, they said no one answered the phone when they called for confirmation that’s why the order got cancelled (it’s already a hint to us not to proceed). So, we place a new order for the following items: 2 backpacks (1 camping/1 school bag); checkered t-shirts, 2 Capri striped pants; BTS T-shirts and sweatshirts. 1. The camping bag’s quality of stitching is unbearable. After putting on around 2kg of stuffs and when my son carry the bag which did not last for 10 minutes, it got torn at the bottom sides, all his stuffs fell on the floor. We brought to the bag repair shop and they said the the stitches inside are overlapping and some parts where not stitched well. Huhhh!!! How can you say a costly backpack is a camping bag where putting 3 shirts and 2 jeans inside it is easily torn apart??? 2. For the checkered polo shirt (ordered for extra large) and 2 Capri pants (ordered for medium and extra large), the size is too small that the extra large polo shirt can fit my daughter whose size is extra small. The bag Capri medium has size 22 in it and the bag of the extra large has a size 20 in it. Even a 10 year old kid who is thin tried to wear it yet he can’t put his feet on due to the tightness of the bottom.... how can my daughter whose waistline is around 24 to 26 wear the pants if the bottom doesn’t go through and garters stretched to max 22 inches (even the tailors said they can’t expand it anymore even if they take out the garters!!!) You asked us to take the photo of the measurements and what do we get???? The sizes delivered were all correct and no replacement will be provided and if we want to return we have to cover the shipment cost??? CLUB FACTORY are you out of your mind??? We kept on emailing yet no responds??? You should check your size chart and replace them that the SIZE CHART PROVIDED ARE FOR CHILDREN and NOT FOR ADULTS. The smell of the pants seems like it has been stored for ages and even the quality of the pants were far away different from what is posted online. It’s a waste of money buying you worst quality of product!!! 3. The BTS sweatshirt and T-shirt’s purchased had an overlapping stitched and some part of the collar and sleeves were folded when stitched!!! The fabric smell like it just came out of the painting room!!! Should we recommend CLUB FACTORY.... I guess not with the experience we had!!! Would even like to post the photos of the things we purchased and the email replies of certain Cindy and Sharron from their team but there is no option of doing it.
