No Communication – Lucky Play Casino Slots Games Review

I have been awarded 8 free scratchers now thru a variety of free games and when I go to use the free spin the app freezes up and the free spin is taken away as if I use it and there is no points awarded. I have emailed the company several times reference this problem to get this fixed and the scratchers reinstated so that I play them and get the bonuses awarded to me. They have not responded to any email or fixed this issue. All I want is for them to response and fix the issue. Be aware if you have this issue also.
