Merge from Multiple Sources does not work – Cleanup Duplicate Contacts! Review

I purchased the upgrade to merge duplicate contacts from multiple sources (gmail,iCloud,exchange) and that feature does not work. I opened a case with support and they confirmed that it is not working but, “their team is working to resolve it”. If they get it fixed I will adjust my review but, for now I see this as a bait and switch tactic.
