Game developer question – Tap Tap Trillionaire : Invest! Review

Is there any open source game code is this game html5 or made in some type of engine becuz i want to make a game for the pc similiar but doesn't require u to tap. I want to make it like game dev tycoon. The game is fun but it could be so much better
