Not cool! – Chant - Marketing Video Maker Review

Downloaded app- signed up- forced to use pro and sign up for 7 day Pro trial. Ok, did that- got emails and apple email saying when I’d be charged after free trial. “Welcome To Chant Pro”... comes up—- when I clicked on login- it stays on that screen- my email is there- my password- won't go further. Now you know I am registered with Chant if Apple is telling me I just purchased a trial and monthly app subscription. I cant log in. This is a major issue if you cant log in and no - I won’t pay for a service I cant use! Get it together! I’m technically not a moron when it comes to Apple iPhones so please don’t try the “please update the app” or refresh app. I did that- its a matter of I already signed up- you already have my email to charge apple a monthly fee- and I cant sign in on the app! Ridiculous!
