Can’t log in.. – Potion Maker Review

I wanted to get back into this game and when I logged into my Apple ID somehow I don’t have my account linked to it anymore, is there a solution for that? I had a bunch of costumes and even unlocked Tia. Pls let me know if there is a solution.
