Restore subscription not working – Dragon Anywhere Review

I have had a subscription to dragon anywhere for several months purchased through iTunes. When setting up as a new device, restore subscription fails and I receive the following error message: “Subscription restoration failed” “Could not restore subscription. Make sure that you have logged into the correct iTunes account in your device settings.” —please contact me when this issue has been fixed. I am cancelling my subscription until then.
