Do not buy upgrade – WhenToPost: Best Times to Post Review

The app overcharged me and didn’t unlock any of the services. No response from customer service in fours days. I just spent $5 for an app with features I can’t use and can’t get in touch with the developer. Their website is down and nobody responds to emails.
