Only table I want and own is gone – Pinball Arcade Plus Review

I downloaded the original Pinball Arcade years ago just for the Taxi game. I played the real Taxi pinball machine all the time back in high school, and it was awesome to be able to play it anywhere on mobile now. Really brought back memories. However, I just installed on a new iPad and logged in, and not only is the Taxi machine not listed under my owned tables, it appears to be gone altogether. I went ahead and paid for Pinball Arcade Plus, thinking maybe it was necessary, but Taxi still isn't there. So my only reason for playing this game is gone, and I have no way to play my favorite machine anymore. Very disappointing.
