Trust issues on returns – YOOX Review

My boyfriend wanted to buy me some lingerie and knew I used YOOX app they sent items in my size I wear and they were waaaaaayyy too small not even close. I called to return them tags on never worn and they refused then said ok 2 items when I checked his account they never credited his bank account the money they said they would but received there merchandise back. Bad business practices. Be aware of what you buy and the return policies
