Not so great... – Kinsa Smart Stick Review

I have had two different thermometers with the same issues. They won’t record my readings into the app, even though it shows the phone and thermometer is connected. Then if you try to get the thermometer to read your temperature for a second time, it shows “Lo” and will not read anything until you remove the batteries. I have tried to communicate with the company and they just sent me a new thermometer with the same issue. I think I will check into another brand due to lack of customer support from Kinsa.
