No trails showing – Polaris® Review

I used this app for a month and it worked great. Now, no trails are showing up. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and the trails showed up BUT when I close out the app and then reopen the app, the trails are gone again. Do I have to continuously uninstall/reinstall?? Ugh!!
