I just got ripped! – Mutants: Genetic Gladiators Review

I’m a great fan of this game, so I Redownload the game and bought an item, but I never received it. IT’S BEEN 2 DAYS! My purchase is no longer pending, my money is taken and I do not have my product. WHAT A RIP-OFF! I’m trying to get in contact with the Kobojo Support and all I’m getting is SORRY, AN ERROR OCCURED. Tell me what should I do, should I report this as a fraud?
