Game glitches and doesn’t give me my reward – Zombie Faction - Apocalypse Review

Every tome I beat an opponent it says need to sync with the server and then it loads into the beginning where they ask if you wan to buy a package and when you win it’s supposed to give you a box with a reward and it just glitches out
