I’d buy that for a dollar! – Cryptic Labyrinth Review

This game was quite short and easy, but it was absolutely worth 99 cents. I thought it was well made: the graphics were good, the music was actually kinda enjoyable and not monotonous (didn’t play long enough for that ?), the 3D environment was smooth and easily navigable, the story was shallow but darkly “cute” with a little twist at the end, and many puzzles required investigating additional rooms to solve previous ones. Was it challenging? Except for a couple of momentary head-scratchers, not really, but after some of the brain-kickers I’ve played recently, I giggled with delight through much of the game due partly to its stark simplicity and partly to some of the amusingly nonsensical solutions. I have another escaper from this dev that’s supposed to be more difficult, so if it’s as well made as this one, I’m really looking forward to it.
