Like the game but...... – Coin Dozer - World Tour Pro Review

I love this game BUT I bought coins then downloaded another dozer and after that this app was brought back to the beginning as if I had just downloaded IT. I lost my coins I'd just PAID FOR and any progress I'd made and prizes I had accumulated and haven't gotten any response from support yet. ALSO, suggestion.....have some kind of instructions indicating what things in the game mean. It took me a min to realize what +1 REGEN meant and I'm still not sure about some other things! I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR CHIPS ONE!!!
