Confusion?? – Toca Life: After School Review

So long story short my phone got reset so I re downloaded my Toca apps from cloud and this one just won’t re download and idk why....this is one of my favorite toca games and I miss it it just won’t budge?‍♀️?‍♀️please help me out??
