WILL NOT OPEN AND I HAVE CONTACTED APPLE SUPPORT – Drippler: Discover Apps & Tips Review

I have downloaded this app and EVERY time I try to use it (along with others I ALSO know) it says there is an error connecting to Drippler and will not allow me to open!? I love this app and download it on ALL phones I get and this is the FIRST time now that I get an Apple ?phone that I have ever ran into this problem. Thanks for listening, Emily
