I paid extra and didn’t get what I requested – Tower Defense Zone 2 Review

I paid 11.99 for unlock all because I was enjoying the game. The only thing unlocked was 1 weapon which is 99 cents. Not even the ads are unlocked. I sent messages to the developer with no response. I will have to contest the charge with my CC company if I don’t hear back
