Unable to use the app due to Privacy Setting – Wonder Camera Review

I’m unable to follow the instructions to allow the app to use my phone camera because the instructions were wrong and there was no options to allow the app to access the camera or photos. I’ve deleted and downloaded many times. I can’t use the app at all. Please fix this!!
