Doesn’t work – Haunted Hotel: Eternity - A Mystery Hidden Object Game (Full) Review

I paid for the game and when it got done downloading I went to play the game and it won’t let me do anything not even put my name in and hit ok....and I've deleted it and re-download the game and it still doesn't work so now I'm out $7 on a game I can't play....
