PLZ HELP – TurnLive -Live Wallpaper Maker Review

I set a video as my LOCK screen and it worked with the app , but every time I try homescren , it never works ?! If the owner or anybody sees this then plz help me ! But I still love the app for the lock screen but my home screen never works ..yes I tried changing it plenty of times ....?!
