App keeps crashing, Big Fish soil blow you off – Dark Parables: The Little Mermaid and the Purple Tide HD - A Magical Hidden Objects Game (Full) Review

Once I purchased the app and reached level 3 the game keeps crashing. Restarting the iPad or app, re-installing the app, etc. didn’t help. Requested help from Big Fish, received an email that contained the generic hints. No specific answer if I don’t take the „contact Apple for refund“ into account. ???
