AWESOME but... – VNTG: Vintage Photo Editor Review

I’d prefer this app to anyone who loves taking or editing photos. I think it is great how you charge money for filters. The only thing that got me down was that it was $8.99 for that. I’d like to know the reasoning behind this. Please respond if you have time!
