Couldn’t even get started – DIY Themes - Custom Backgrounds,Themes and Wallpapers For iOS 7 Review

I successfully downloaded app twice because both times in the first step, saving a background it told me to change my photo settings to save photos from this app and both times there was no option for this app in my settings. When I clicked on “support” it said “website under construction”
