Billing and customer service – MyHeritage: Family Tree & DNA Review

It is impossible to get in contact with customer service. I was double charged for one of their packages immediately, and I have attempted to contact someone in customer service but have gotten no response whatsoever. In addition to that, I don’t even have access to the package that I’m “paying” for. It still tells me I need to upgrade every time I try to access certain pieces of information. I have paid over $300 just to waste my time.
