Not useful! – Fast Flash -Browser and Player Review

I’m disgusted that I’m told I need something t open an important document only to find I’ve paid for an app that I have no use for and have to purchase another, there should be better information on the apps and a way to be reimbursed for the ones not usable as stated. How can I tap a star on an app I feel is unusable?
