Cannot play movie – iflix: Watch Asian Dramas Review

Dear iflix developers! I like to use your app but i just face the problem. I can play or watch all of movie on iflix. When I tab play button it show that “ An unknown error has occurred. Please try to logging out and back in. If the problem persist please contact our support team. “ please help to fix this problem.
