New iPad... – Super Evolution Review

I need help I get no support back I love this game and I can’t retrieve my old game back! And the app support doesn’t open to anywhere to help me... I tried and tried to log in and it doesn’t bring my game back I could give basic info and love help to try to retrieve my game back please! I spent a lot of money in the game please help!
