Game doesn’t work anymore-charged but can’t play – Farm Clan® Review

I love this game but about a week ago it started giving me this message about being disconnected from the internet and would shutdown and make me redo the work I already did while making me use the energy again. This kept happening over and over and when it was working and I purchased runes or energy or gold it didn’t credit me. The last offer was for 940 runes for 99 cents and it charged me and didn’t credit me the runes. iTunes refunded that one and a $19.99 charge I didn’t authorize. It also charged me 3 times for the same thing. I have tried troubleshooting from their website and also emailed them. I have reinstalled, restarted my phone, rebooted my phone and even tried on another phone and I still get the error. My internet connection is strong and I even tried taking it off WiFi. I’m really irritated and now feel like I’m getting scammed.
