Impossible to restore iTunes purchases – Travel + Leisure Review

Follow the instructions in the new app to the letter - doesn’t work. Reach out to technical support and they require you to sign up for an account. I point out I don’t want an account - I subscribed through iTunes - but no - they want my email and me signed up to an account. Their own instructions to restore purchases don’t work. Feels like a bogus scam to get people signing up for accounts they don’t want and collecting personal information
