WHY CAN I NOT ACCESS MY PREVIOUS CHARACTERS – Sword of Shadows Review

I was really enjoying this game until it glitches and all my buttons in game disappeared no matter what I did the problem persisted.So from there I deleted the game and downloaded it back now I can’t access my character that was there (lvl31) and I have to start all the way over.What is the point in linking my account if I’m still going to lose my game data
