Developer won’t help with purchase – The Godfather Game Review

I regularly buy packs on this game and on one occasion I had a problem. I did not receive what I intended to buy. The item I purchased and the one I received were the same cost, but the developers were unwilling to help me. Whether it’s a game error or user error, I am shocked that they won’t help a customer. I won’t be spending on this game again.
