Unhelpful tech support – iAssociate 3 Review
The game itself is pretty interesting and challenging. I’ve enjoyed it.
I was dissatisfied with tech support when I contacted them about the issue mentioned by other reviewers (which I also experience/experienced) of the app zooming in in such a way that players are unable to return to the main menu from within the puzzle. When I wrote tech support all I received was a reply stating the issue had “already been resolved”. Clearly not on all devices if I’m emailing you about this. When I replied stating this, there was no reply.
