Horrible Customer Service – Perfect Kick Review

I purchased game “cash”’so my son can experience other aspects of the game and compete while he was sick(even though you have to give stuff back after a certain time). This was over a month ago. Funds were taken out of my bank account and have yet to receive anything. I’ve reached out to them via email and other avenues to no avail. First, they reply and assure me they will look into it and to give them 3 days then they stop replying altogether. At one point they assured me it was sent to a different profile once I accessed it nothing was there. As of this writing, still waiting for the product/service I purchased.
