Fantastic service, terrible customer service. – G2A Review

I have been using G2A for two years and upon a break from using the service I attempted to buy a key code leading to multiple obstacles. I was locked out of my account for “security reason” which is understandable, but after opening a ticket, waiting almost a week before receiving a response, sending the information they requested promptly, then waiting another two and a half months for them to finally resolved the issue has turned me off from the service. The prices are fantastic and usually cheaper than all competitors, but should you have a problem with your account or a key code don’t expect it to be resolved anytime soon.
