Charged for app and haven’t opened it yet to purchase anything – MiFlight™ Review

Why am I being charged for this app ? I haven’t opened it and it doesn’t say anything it costs any money for app . Tried to call the number and just get nobody available . It used a card I longer even have anymore. How does that happen?
