Easy to use and effective – PlateBlur - Blur Your Car Number Plate in Videos Review

I have been looking for years for this tool. I need the images to be saved with original filenames, there is too much work with renaming. The app is 68 MB, I think an OCR module is built-in, but often it detects the brightest areas without text.
