Can’t create presentations with subscription – Prezi Viewer Review

I have a free subscription through my campus. We have the equivalent of the $7 a month plan. This is what it shows in my account when I login. However, I have no dashboard on the app or the actual webpage. I am not able to create anything and can’t even contact support for help unless I pay for a higher subscription. It’s frustrating. I just wasted time and energy on this crap. Going back to PowerPoint.
