Worst customer service ever. – Rise of Firstborn Review

I seriously think the programmers of the game are posing as players to try and increase the drama so more people get upset and buy more packs. I had many unanswered inquiries issues that they told me to get lost. When you write and fill out inquiries they ignore and feed you the worst excuses ever. Then babbled about something unrelated I swear their kids and catfishes programmers in the game scamming your money. Unresolved ongoing issues worst customer service ever.
