Tutorial needed Please! – Flat Tomato (Time Management) Review

This is quite a complex app in its functioning, plus has connectivity to Evernote and Todoist. The issue (as other have also commented) is that it has a very simple interphase screen, that at first look would seem that you can only use 2 or 3 functions. Press the counter and it counts, pull the tag and it asks for you to journal. However, Pomodoro is a process for people that are easily distracted, and there is no tutorial. So you touch once does something, press the same thing twice it does something else. There is a myriad of hidden features, that it sort of becomes more distracting to explore the app than to use it. A humble suggestion is: Please do a Video with a sequence of here is a project(opportunity), here you feed all the tasks sequentially, here you assign which task you will Pomodoro, etc. Please it is rather a sad state when I have the app, but cannot connect what goes where.
